Who is Minnie?
“Minnie” was my Grandmother Naomi’s nickname. As a child, I loved to bake and experiment in the kitchen. Whenever Minnie would come visit, I’d let her sample whatever I was making, hoping she would share her expertise and offer tips on how to make it taste better. She’d say things like, “This is good, but you should try. . .” or “Good job, now add this. . .” etc. That extra “pinch” of whatever she suggested always seemed to be the one missing ingredient that took my pastries and homemade drinks from good to great!
