Who is Minnie?
“Minnie” was my Grandmother Naomi’s nickname. As a child, I loved to bake and experiment in the kitchen. Whenever Minnie would come visit, I’d let her sample whatever I was making, hoping she would share her expertise and offer tips on how to make it taste better. She’d say things like, “This is good, but you should try. . .” or “Good job, now add this. . .” etc. That extra “pinch” of whatever she suggested always seemed to be the one missing ingredient that took my pastries and homemade drinks from good to great!

The food processor on the right use to be used for chopping ginger...it use to take a really long time to get the amount needed... Lol... Now I use the one on the left...Change is defiantly good... Smile
